What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function reliably, to improve the visitor experience, and to provide information to the site operator.

Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device. They are stored by your browser and can be read only by the website that set them (or, in the case of third-party cookies, by the third-party service).

We use cookies to keep our website functioning correctly, to understand how visitors use it, and to remember preferences you set. Where cookies are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent before placing them.

02

Cookie Types We Use

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They enable core features such as page navigation, form security, and remembering your cookie preferences. The site cannot operate properly without them, so they cannot be disabled.

Examples: session state, cookie consent record

Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they navigate from. This information is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. It helps us improve the site over time.

Examples: page view counts, session duration, entry/exit pages

Marketing Cookies

These cookies are used to understand the effectiveness of our communications and, where applicable, to present relevant information to visitors who have shown interest in our services. They may be set by third-party advertising platforms we work with.

Examples: ad interaction tracking, referral attribution

Preference Cookies

These cookies remember choices you have made, such as language or region settings, so you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit. Disabling them may mean some personalisation is lost between sessions.

Examples: language selection, region preference

04

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services that appear on our pages or whose services we use. These services may include:

  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics (analytics category)
  • Google Maps — the embedded map on our contact page may set functional cookies
  • Social media platforms — if you interact with social sharing or follow features

Third-party cookies are subject to the privacy policies of those providers. We do not control the cookies they set, but we only enable such services in accordance with the preferences you have given us above.

05

Cookie Duration

Session cookies are temporary and are removed from your device when you close your browser. They are used to maintain state during a single browsing session.

Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. Typical durations for the categories we use:

  • Essential: Session or up to 12 months (consent record)
  • Analytics: Up to 26 months (as per Google Analytics defaults)
  • Marketing: Up to 90 days
  • Preferences: Up to 12 months

Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time. You can do so using the preference controls on this page or through your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent for optional cookies will not affect our ability to provide the core website and rental enquiry functions, though some features (such as analytics-informed improvements) may be unavailable.

You also have rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) regarding any personal data collected in connection with cookie use. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
